MOC (Marine Offshore Consultancy) Agência was officially established in 2010 and before this has been developing her activities within the group MOC Brasil. Now for more than 7 years in total on the Brazilian market.
We are specialists in representation of various European and especially Dutch companies. This in order to fulfill the needs of our local clients with advice and supply of high quality equipment in the maritime and offshore sector. With main focus on deck equipment (under, above ) of ships and offshore construction.
In 2013, we opened our sales office in Rio de Janeiro with the goal to accelerate our local presence and support of our customers with greater performance.

Mickael Siegers
Managing Director
Mickael Siegers is the Managing Director of MOC Agência, graduated in Business Economics at Windesheim Business School in the Netherlands. He has more than 10 years working experience in the commercial area (national and international business). With background in business development, marketing and sales, he has been building long-term relationships and always looking for businesses that result in win-win situations for both client and supplier. Persistent, flexible, focused on goals and always open to a good conversation are his main characteristics.
With knowledge of the Brazilian shipbuilding and offshore industry, Mickael says that the Brazilian market is developing fast and has potential for much more. Nevertheless still, there are many challenges regarding on “investment and infrastructure.”

Adrie van Oers
Founder
Throughout his career, Adrie Van Oers, Founder of MOC Agência e Serviços and MOC Brasil Group has passed through several companies and has managed large teams in projects around all the world. Adrie van Oers, with degree graduation in economics and mechanical engineering participated on major projects in the area of offshore and marine engineering in the Netherlands, Italy, China and Singapore. When he arrived in Brazil he has worked in one of the largest drilling companies as Engineering Manager. With his expertise in shipbuilding and Offshore he founded MOC Brasil in order to accelerate and spread knowledge of the international naval and offshore market to the local market.
Becoming a “knowledge multiplier” in these industries that has been growing very year.
As a quiet personality and great wisdom he is recognized in the industry as much as for his work as for its ability to maintain enduring relationships.
He sees all clients of MOC Agência e Serviços as a one-time sales object but as business partners on the long term.
